Lawrence H. Smith - Founder, President

Lawrence Smith is a veteran multimedia producer with over 30 years of extensive Producing and Executive Producing experience in Television, Music, Film and Web-Casting, constantly creating and developing innovative and new media ventures.
Lawrence Smith is a visionary and recognized for his outstanding abilities to initiate new business ventures. Through Smith’s extensive personal and business relations within the entertainment industry, he has the proven capacity to assemble and facilitate strong and accomplished production teams, establishing new privately owned or publicly held innovative business ventures within the entertainment and media industry. 
Lawrence Smith is credited in helping to usher in “The Golden Age of Music Video” starting in 1980. Smith was the creator and executive producer of the very “first” weekly music television series “Hollywood Heartbeat,” hosted by Bob Welch of Fleetwood Mac which inspired the creation of MTV. “Hollywood Heartbeat” was aired in the U.S. in over 84 markets, including the “Top 10” markets, and was broadcast on ABC, CBS, NBC, independent networks, syndicated internationally by Gold key Media and was distributed internationally. Lawrence Smith executive produced the multi-platinum and award winning Warner Home Video “The Doors – Tribute to Jim Morrison”, which was MTV’s first concert special and has since become a rockumentary staple on music channels around the world. Lawrence Smith together with London’s Virtue Broadcasting UK and MSN/UK, executive produced one of the first, and that year’s most acclaimed, live worldwide web cast concerts: The Doors' Ray Manzarek "Light My Fire" - A Return To The Whisky a Go Go. Smith received his BA in Fine Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, New Jersey.



Kotera has over 40 years of experience in system architecture, systems engineering and technical consulting for the entertainment industry. He has developed digital systems for broadcast video, video-on-demand and streaming Internet video and has developed workflow management software, database software, and client-server applications supporting digital media processing for distribution.  Kotera managed engineers, technicians and installers for major infrastructure projects. As a consultant he educated executives, managers and mentored engineers on the financial and technical benefits of automating manual processes. In addition to his background in the technical areas, Kotera is also a musician and recording engineer with credits for major artists including The Eagles. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems and has a Bachelor Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.

Bianca Pino is both a highly talented Television Producer with significant experience in mass-appeal games, magazines, talk and quiz shows and an executive in Internet e-commerce business development.  Pino is best known as Vice President, Programming and Development at King World Productions, the world’s leading syndicator of first-run television programming. Her responsibilities there included “Wheel of Fortune,” “Jeopardy,” “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “Inside Edition”.  She also worked in Program Development and Production at Ralph Edwards/Stu Billett Productions with “Name That Tune,” “Truth or Consequences” and “This is Your Life.”  Earlier, Pino was Director of Programming for Paramount Television Domestic Distribution overseeing “Entertainment Tonight”.  She is a member of both the Directors and Writers Guilds of America.

Gary Grossman’s career includes stints at NBC News, ABC, CBS, Fox and PBS, and more than 27 cable networks. Together with his production partner Robb Weller, who he met in 1982 while producing “Entertainment Tonight”, they have produced more than 6,000 programs through Weller/Grossman Productions and earned over the years numerous Emmy awards. Grossman earned a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Emerson College in Boston and a Master’s Degree in Urban Affairs from Boston University.
